Nightlet is a self-awareness company. We build emotional intelligence that finally understands your heart, body and stars: an app and an optional bracelet for people who want to understand themselves, not optimize themselves. We combine what people say, how they sound, what their body does and the sky they live under into one honest picture, and we turn that picture into calm.
As our Global Designer, you own how all of that looks, feels, moves and talks: every screen, every flow, every line of copy, and the AI prototypes that get it into people’s hands. Age doesn’t matter. Talent does. If you’re 22 and the best designer anyone around you has ever worked with, this is for you. If you’re 35 and still the best, same.
The product has to feel like it was made by someone who actually lives in 2026, not by someone who read a trend report about it. You open an app and in two seconds you know whether it gets you or not. Nobody taught you this. You just have it. That instinct is the job.

How Nightlet looks, feels, moves and talks: every screen, flow, motion and line of copy.

Raw idea to prototype in days, not sprints. You build with AI: clickable prototypes, generated visuals, motion tests, whatever makes the idea real before anyone writes production code.

Hand your prototypes to the engineers to build and to marketing to ship: your prototype is the brief, not a slide about it.

The visual world: black-and-white editorial, zero kitsch, no stock energy.

A seat next to the founder and the engineers in Hamburg. Ship weekly.

We build Nightlet the way we hope people will live with it: understood, not optimized. That starts with how we work together. Nobody here keeps score of your hours, so if you need a run in the middle of the day, you take it. Sport is unlimited and everyone receives a spiritual allowance for whatever restores them, from meditation to therapy.
We test what we build ourselves and we tell each other honestly when something doesn’t feel right. For you that means your screens are in the team’s hands the same week, not in a deck.
